Getting Started
What should I bring to my first session?
Bring comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, a water bottle, and a towel. We provide all necessary training equipment. If you have any medical documentation or previous fitness assessments, bring those as well.
Do you train beginners?
Absolutely! I work with clients of all fitness levels, from complete beginners to advanced athletes. Programs are tailored to your current abilities and progress at a pace that's appropriate for you.
Training Sessions
How long are training sessions?
Standard and Comprehensive sessions are 1 hour. Medical-Based Fitness sessions and evaluations are 90 minutes. This allows adequate time for warm-up, training, cool-down, and any necessary discussion.
How often should I train?
Most clients see best results with 2-3 sessions per week, but optimal frequency depends on your goals, schedule, and recovery capacity. We'll create a schedule that works for you during your evaluation.
Can I train with a partner or small group?
Yes! Small group training options are available. Contact me to discuss group rates and scheduling options.
Do you offer virtual training?
Yes, virtual training sessions are available for clients who prefer remote coaching or have scheduling constraints. Virtual sessions include live video instruction and form feedback.
Health & Medical
I have a previous injury. Can you still train me?
Yes! The Medical-Based Fitness session is specifically designed for clients with injuries, medical conditions, or rehabilitation needs. I coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure safe, effective training.
Do I need medical clearance to start training?
If you have any medical conditions, are over 45 (men) or 55 (women) starting exercise for the first time, or have any concerns, please consult your physician before beginning training.
Can you work with my physical therapist or doctor?
Absolutely! I'm happy to coordinate with your healthcare providers to ensure your training complements your medical care. This is especially important for Medical-Based Fitness clients.
Stretchprotherapy
What is Stretchprotherapy?
Stretchprotherapy is our specialized approach to improving mobility and eliminating pain through evidence-based stretching protocols. We use techniques like PNF, AIS, and myofascial release to restore movement patterns.
How is Stretchprotherapy different from regular stretching?
Unlike basic stretching, Stretchprotherapy uses advanced techniques backed by Applied Stretching Theory certification. We assess your specific movement patterns and design customized protocols for lasting results.
How quickly will I see results?
Most clients notice improvements in mobility and pain reduction within 2-4 sessions. Significant, lasting changes typically occur over 8-12 weeks of consistent work.
Pricing & Payment
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made.
Do you offer package discounts?
Yes! Multi-session packages are available at discounted rates. Contact me to discuss package options that fit your commitment level and budget.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Do you work with insurance?
